If you are looking for an apartment for a semester or have family or friends visiting who are looking for a short term (a few weeks, Pesach break) apartment, this is a great option.
I lived here for four months and found the area to be great, the landlord wonderful, and the apartment very comfortable.
Details:
One bedroom apartment, fully furnished, including linens which are laundered by the landlord every two weeks or so. He or his wife come by and drop off new sheets and towels and pick up the used ones. The apartment has modern furnishing, with a stove top, granite counters, and a counter-top oven. The bathroom is more "American" than Israeli, with a small tub and great shower. There is a king-size bed (okay, two twin mattresses on the bed frame) in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room pulls out to a bed. The apartment has wireless internet and cable, as well as a desktop computer for your use. It's a great apartment for one person or a couple who will be there a short time.
Location: 15a HaPalmach (Katamon). The apartment is approximately 2 1/2 flights up.
