Cable/Internet: Internet -- 1.5 MB
TV: Yes TV, but no Cable
Sheets/Blankets/Towels: plenty, and good enough but not great
Pluses: Location in Jerusalem (less than 5 mins to Wolfson medical center, 15 mins from Shuk and Ben Yehuda, 20 mins from Emek Refaim, 15-20 mins to Schechter and you don't have to go up the big hill, 30 mins to Old City, walkable to central bus station), good usage of space, small mirpeset, has some necessary Judaica (kiddush cup, candlesticks), American bathroom (with tub, strong shower head), bedroom for guests/baby also can be used as an office
Minuses: In very frum neighborhood (most of the apartments in the building are rented out to a local yeshiva), cable must be ordered, 1.5 MB internet is not very fast (we upgraded, which is a bit of a hassle), couches are kind of ugly (we covered them with sheets), stairwell is drabby w/no front door so we occasionally get door-to-door beggars
Current Tenants & contact: Ari Saks (ari.saks@gmail.com) & Rachel Saks (rdsaks@gmail.com)
Previous Tenants & contact: unknown
Management/Landlord/Owner: Gila and Paul Brauner
Things People Added: we've added a number of pots and pans
Comments: We're really enjoying our time in this apartment. There aren't many people who live real close to us, but it's not as far away as we lived in New York and pretty much everything is walkable. Also, Nachlaot is a great area to explore and we're pretty much next door to it.
