 Level: 1st floor (with elevator)

  Bedrooms: 2 good sized rooms

  Bed: both rooms have twin beds (on room has trundle pull out and other room has bed that can be made into a low double-not sure if queen or king)

  Bedroom Items: both rooms have desks, dressers/closet units, 2 small shelves and beds

  Bathrooms: 2 toilets, shower only

  Rooms: 2bdroms, living/dining room and kitchen (3?)

  Seating: sofa and chairs and diningroom table that can expand to fit 10 squeezed

  Kitchen: full, microwave, comes with dishes but not full sets. Can purchase kitchen stuff from me if interested.

  Washer/Dryer: washer only. covered drying lines outside

  Cable/Internet: internet-yes, TV does not work

  TV: collecting dust

  Sheets/Blankets/Towels: yes. may want to bring extras.

  Pluses: great location and price. with extra matresses, can sleep up to 8-9 with all of the extra matresses hidden through the apt.

  Minuses: landlords a little OCD about their stuff. Lease specific about not moving furnature-not major problem
