Rooms: Living room, kitchen, in addition to bedrooms

Cable/Internet: We had to handle on our own
TV: There is a tv with 2 DVD players - one for Israeli DVDs, one for American
Sheets/Blankets/Towels: Fully stocked; some of the linens are old - we bought a couple new towels and linens so it would be fresher
Pluses: The apartment is very large and in a great location. It gets a lot of sunlight. Has a piano - we are not allowed to use, but I am sure you can arrange with him if you are a pianist. Very honest and sweet landlord.
Minuses: The apt is a great price for the size; the reason it is relatively inexpensive is because we have to be out of the apt for 2 weeks over Pesach (obviously we don't have to pay, though). The apartment is a little aged, looks like it has not been re-done in a while. The landlord is very particular and has certain sections that we are not allowed to touch - certain closets and belongings. The vaad bayit is pretty high.
