Place of Travel - Rome

Airline/Transportation - Alitalia from Athens.

Hotel/Hostels - We stayed at Ara Pacis. Great location, near the Vatican and everything else is basically walking distance. The hotel itself was gross. I do NOT recommend staying there.

Time Spent - 3 days.

Assistance for the Trip (guides, programs, Issta, etc) - We took guided tours of the Colloseum and the Vatican. Both worth it, especially the Vatican. If you do the Colloseum tour they usually add in the Palatino tour for free. I forgot the name of the tour but its the guys holding up the red packets. They were great.

Jewish Sites -See the Great synagogue/museum. Synagogue was amazing. The restaurants nearby were great as well.

Kosher Restaurants - We tried like all of them. The nice sit down Dairy restaurant (Nonna Betta) was amazing. I suggest getting the fried artichoke.

Minyanim - They daven daily  (shacharit, Mincha/maariv) at the Great Synagogue.

Recommendations/Favorite Sites - The Jewish quarter is great. The synagogue and restaurants were amazing. Everything about Rome is great. You need to see the Vatican (with Tour) and Colloseum (with tour).

Notes/Comments -The subway system stinks and rarely only goes to a few places (including the Colloseum and Vatican).
